THE FOUNDATION’S LEGAL INFORMATION
The NUCHIM FOUNDATION is a US non-profit and volunteer charitable organization (NGO) incorporated in the State of Florida on September 21, 2006 and with an Incorporation Number- N06000009906 and that has been granted a 501(c) (3) tax exemption.
Today, 3.6 billion people, equivalent to 60% of the world population, earn less than US $3.00 per day. Of those, 44 million in Russia, 350 million in China and 500 million in India earn less then US $1.00 per day.
More then 50% of the planet’s population uses wood as their primary source of energy. We, the corporate world, have to start making changes. Will we or will we not take collective responsibility for the health of all people on our planet?
In this regard, we formed a Foundation that will help mitigate the desperation of many human beings in certain countries of the globe, primarily to the less privileged citizens of those countries.
NUCHIM FOUNDATION main mission is to engage in community development relief aid to the developing countries in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa.
The Foundation supports development projects in public hospitals and other NGO Clinics related to providing education and various other supplies and therapies primarily to diabetic patients, as well as others of very low income suffering from different types of neuropathies.
COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is comprised of 5 U.S. Directors plus one or more people with medical background or personalities from each country that the Foundation will cover.

The organization will mostly depend on volunteers. All projects are financed through donations, grants and sponsorships provided by other NPO's and NGO’s, governments, social clubs, companies and private individuals. Occasionally, sponsoring by means of donated goods, equipment, knowledge, and means of transport will also be obtained.
GUIDELINES FOR THE CONTROL AND ASSIGNEMENT OF DONATIONS
All donations originated in the US unless otherwise specified by the donor will be used to purchase therapeutic equipment to be distributed in all countries covered in a percentage according to the diabetic census.
All the donations received in every country of operation will be deposited in trust at a local bank and will be used for that country exclusively. Goods donated will be distributed at that country.
The purpose of the funds received in other countries will be determined by the Board of Directors according to the different needs.
DIAGNOSIS, EDUCATION AND PREVENTION
A very real and serious problem in underdeveloped nations is the lack of knowledge involving diabetes. Many of the diabetic patients don’t even know they have diabetes until a major problem arises.
One of the great challenges for the NUCHIM FOUNDATION will be the diagnosis, education and prevention of diabetes. Great emphasis must be considered regarding these 3 aspects to reduce the number of diabetic patients in those underdeveloped countries and to help patients already diagnosed with the condition to properly manage it, improve their quality of life and avoid more tragic consequences. The Foundation will work and support local groups already organized to disseminate information guided to the education of the lowest income population.
NUCHIM FOUNDATION will promote in each country an annual event with the presence of their celebrities and Honorary Members with the main purpose of raising funds for the specific projects to be undertaken the following year.
The FOUNDATION will also seek funding and help from manufacturers that provide the supplies for the diabetes control such as insulin, syringes and other related supplies as well as manufacturers of sugar free products that will want to see their products promoted amongst the diabetic population.
The Foundation will promote and will seek donations of therapeutic equipment and goods to educate diabetic patients and help avoid limb amputations and reduce the risk of high sugar levels.
Our Representatives in each country will also have an important task promoting and aiding in these successful campaigns.
